What options are there for replacing G rated Westlake tires?

My first post on Grand Design forum and hate to beat an old horse to death but having a hard time finding G rated trailer tires to replace my Westlakes with. Everything seems to be made in R.O.C.! My tire sizes are ST235/80R16. I found some Goodyear G614 semi truck trailer tires at $305 a piece!! Should I worry about the G rated Westlakes. I have a 2020 310GKR. Thanks in advance

I ran the WL for a year with no problems before switching to Sailuns. Sailuns balanced with very little weights. Happy with 'em. Quite a few members here run them.

G rated Westlake tires are very good. I wouldn't replace them unless they are worn/aged out. Sailuns are the best alternative. The only problem with G614 tires is they have a low load rating.

    Goodyear G614 - 3,748
    Westlake G or Sailun S637 (235/80R16)- 4,079
    Sailun S637 (235/85R16)- 4,409

I ran my 2006 Alpenlite 34rL for thirteen years using two sets of Goodyear G614 and never had a problem. My wife and I just purchased a Solitude 372WB with the West Lakes installed. I will run them until next spring and then replace with my trusty G614's. It just comes down to my comfort level.

I just purchased the Sailuns as well. The reviews have been good and the manufacturing plant has a DOT certification with an ISO 9000 compliant rating. This is important since most Chinese made tires are crap.
