    Imagine 2600RB - Tire Upgrade

    Hello,
I have a 2018 2600RB. I want to upgrade the 205/75R-15" Westlake tire to Maxxis 225/75R-15". has anyone done that larger swap and will the 225,s go on the rims?

    Thanks

I did the same size upgrade (but to Goodyears) on my 2500RL. Fits fine. I have since then upgraded springs to 2500lb versions as well, but did not have clearance issues before that.

https://www.boattrailerparts.com/25-...ing_p_297.html just because they were the cheapest I could find. Fit and work well so far.

Honestly I would not have replaced the springs except that I was putting on the CRE3000 suspension and wet bolts so it was a "mightaswell" since it wasn't much more work.

I have a 2021 2600RB that came with 225's. Then again, mine has the 4400# springs, I think your year has the 3800# springs. I'm not sure if that would play into a different size tire.

Looks like no issue to me based on that size calculator.

I installed the Maxxis M8008 225/75R-15, they run great so far. Just curious, I would like to replace the springs at some point, I wonder where i could get some heavier springs. Mine seem like they are loosing the arch a bit.

    Thanks
