A little update....So the chairs arrived...kind of. Where we live is out in the country and narrow roads, so the UPS truck (Full sized semi) wanted me to meet him somewhere that he knew that he wouldn't get his truck someplace he couldn't get out of. So I drove to a church about 10 miles away and met him there and we loaded the chairs in the truck and I took them home. They were very simple and easy to put together and we got them in the trailer this afternoon. So part A is done and now the wait for the sofa for the other side of the Living Room.

Here's a couple of pics, and excuse the mess as we are working in the trailer. Beauty and the Beast, so Beauty goes first.....

When we are done, the area rug will be roughly where my chair is now sitting. As far as location when we are travelling, both chairs will go on the slide floor and be strapped down so they cannot move...and the ottomans will go to the bedroom at the foot of the bed. We are very pleased with the chairs....they are extremely comfortable....although she wouldn't let me sit in one for very long...."Back to Work!"

Those chairs look super comfy and I see a long nap in your future. They will look awesome with the rug in place.

I'm guessing they will be. She never let me sit in one long enough yesterday to give a good answer! "Get back to work and quit lounging around!"

Someone has got some good color matching skills. The rug ties it all in together.
Looks great and hopefully feels just as good. ENJOY!

So how can we help you distract her so that you can properly test those lovely chairs. I recommend an equal amount of time in each to insure proper quality control.

So today, we took out the old backsplash by the kitchen sink and replaced it with these. They are peel and stick and a PVC composite material that looks almost exactly like real wood. Heat and water resistant, and it matches some of the recently added colors we've put in the trailer.....

Oh, and this is what the original backsplash looked like....pretty bland.

Very nice, looks great! Love the new chairs and the back splash! Will probably do the same someday......Ordered our Momentum on Aug 3rd, still nothing from GD or the dealer. Last word we got was "hopefully November". Retiring in Dec so we are still good to go time wise!
