A Little Inside Remodeling for the Momentum.....

We are getting ready to do a remodel on the inside. Basically, taking out the OEM furniture and replacing it with more comfortable furniture. We started out by selling the original Thomas Paine stuff....an "L" shaped sofa with recliners on both ends of it, and a Loveseat on the other side of the Living room that was recliners also. The OEM stuff just wasn't comfortable and the quality was questionable at best. So for right now, we've gone from this...

    To this.....

The next step for the area will be two of these.....

Then the other side, where the Loveseat/recliner that didn't reclined all the way and was very uncomfortable, will be replaced with this. Non recliner yet very comfortable and adds a little more color to the inside.....

We'll finish the living area off with a plush 4' x 6' area rug that has some of the colors in it that the recliners and loveseat have...also the grey and brown that match the existing flooring in the Living room.

I will for sure. The recliners will be here, hopefully by week's end, but the sofa is probably going to take till sometime towards the end of the month.

Great look, also love the rug choice . Looking forward to pictures of the complete project. Right now we have navy covers on our peeling recliners while looking for replacements and I really like the navy in the trailer.

Thank you sir. I will be honest with you, when it comes to decorating, picking out paints, stuff like that....I turn the keys over to my wife. She has a great eye for that kind of stuff and usually I really like her choices. She spend three or four days (off and on) looking for the perfect rug. We saw quite a few that we liked, but the pile thickness was either not thick enough or so thick you could hide a small child in it. I'll her credit, she kept looking and found the one pictured above. Chairs will be here Wednesday, so hopefully I'll have a picture update by Thursday with them in the trailer.

OMG........I'm SO sorry! Please forgive me. I guess I just looked at the signature line of Marcy and Gary and assumed. And we all know what happens when we "Assume". .....hanging my head in shame and walking away

There are at least four of us now who are using print color to discern “him” from “her”. Usually you can see it in the signature line. In my case, Bruce is only willing to post on a tractor forum (because his seems to hate him). If I think he can help, I have to ask him to post. Anyway, your new color scheme is terrific! You’ll really brighten up the living area.

Nancy.....thank you for that valuable tip.....I never really noticed that before. Many times if something in a line of text is a different color. it will signify a "Link" to another page or something.....so I never paid a lot of attention to different colors, unless I was looking to click the link and explore that. Anyway, thanks again and I'll have to pay closer attention from now on. And I see exactly what you are talking about now. Me >>>

And thank you for the kudos on the color choices....I'll pass it along to my better half!
