has anyone else had these problems?

We have a 2016 313rlts. There have been some things since the beginning and some were fixed and came back. There are others that are newly discovered. Just curious if it's just ours or more widespread.
    1. **Slide seals that don't seal in bottom corner-I can see light through them and I think they are a source for mice entry.
    2. **under storage compartment that leaks often enough that it has rusted our tools that are in there and now I fear mold and wood rot in the floor of it.
    3. **exterior slide gaskets that don't deploy when the slide room is out (we have to go around and slide our fingers down the gasket to fully deploy it)
    4. water pump cycles for about 30 seconds periodically in the night with no water usage happening
    5. furnace smells bad when running
    6. utility pigtail holder that runs from slide to body has broken 3rd time now
    7. gasket under slide floor has torn a piece off for the 2nd time
    8. wallpaper has bubbles and large creases behind the curtains at the window edge on several windows (installed that way and just noticed?)
    9. large holes where utilities run from underbelly into floor level--definitely a mouse highway--and the underbelly is NOT thoroughly sealed to keep the mice out of that area, enabling them to come into the living area. (NEVER had mice in any other trailer or pop up we have had over the last 35 years.)
    10. **Outer cap over the drain tube leaks water from the grey tank...seal apparently not sealing on the gate for the grey tank shut off.

Some things we have discussed with our **dealer service department and have been told that there is nothing can be done, but we did not have these issues with either of our 2 previous trailers which we owned for 5 years each.

Has anyone else had any of these same issues? Were they able to be fixed? Thanks

My answers below are based on our experience with our 2016 Reflection 337RLS (came off the line mid-2015) in which we spent 4-1/2 years full-time.

    1. **Slide seals that don't seal in bottom corner-I can see light through them and I think they are a source for mice entry. Yes. We made "snakes" out of Navy tube socks (literally bought them at a BX while staying on a Navy base) and batting to tuck in around the corners of the kitchen slide.

    2. **under storage compartment that leaks often enough that it has rusted our tools that are in there and now I fear mold and wood rot in the floor of it. We had problems around both basement doors. I had to replace the gasket on the street side door and seal the screws on the bottom of the frame on both sides. We didn't get enough water in to do damage, though.

    3. **exterior slide gaskets that don't deploy when the slide room is out (we have to go around and slide our fingers down the gasket to fully deploy it). Yes. This is related to the width of the wiper seals used on earlier models. When our seals needed replacing (starting to tear), GD send a seal that was narrower and we didn't have problems with it not flipping after that.

    4. water pump cycles for about 30 seconds periodically in the night with no water usage happening. No. That seems excessive even for cold weather and contraction. I would look for a leak in the water system somewhere - perhaps that's contributing to the water in the storage area.

    5. furnace smells bad when running. Only the first time. There was the usual slight dusty smell with the first use each season. Some people have discovered small field mice inside that have entered through the intake or exhaust vents... that would smell really bad!

    6. utility pigtail holder that runs from slide to body has broken 3rd time now. Yes. Had to replace several of them.

    7. gasket under slide floor has torn a piece off for the 2nd time. No.

    8. wallpaper has bubbles and large creases behind the curtains at the window edge on several windows (installed that way and just noticed?) No. Has there been water incursion (perhaps from condensation) behind the wallpaper?

    9. large holes where utilities run from underbelly into floor level--definitely a mouse highway--and the underbelly is NOT thoroughly sealed to keep the mice out of that area, enabling them to come into the living area. (NEVER had mice in any other trailer or pop up we have had over the last 35 years.) Only had a mouse once - and it was a park/neighbor problem. There are some places that could use some tightening up, though - and people do it.

    10. **Outer cap over the drain tube leaks water from the grey tank...seal apparently not sealing on the gate for the grey tank shut off. No - but this is not terribly uncommon and happens over time. If you don't want to drop the Coroplast and repair/replace the gray tank valve, you could put a Valterra dump gate valve on the end of the waste pipe:

#10 - Just do the Valterra gate valve. Quick, easy and barely sticks out past the skirt if at all.
