    If you can get your hands on a boroscope you can stick that down the drain to the tank in question to the inlet, while it is there, if you have room to shine a flashlight up under and see if you see light, it could be a bad connection at the top of the tank.

    I had a similar problem. No leaks until the grey tank was filled. Dealer diagnosed it as a crack in the grey tank. They dropper the underbelly and removed all the wet insulation. Grand Design is repairing under warranty. Dealer let us use the unit while waiting on the replacement just could not use that tank. It was a pain as it was the bathroom tank so no showers.

    Same prolem discovered about a month ago. Turns out the the drain pipe slipped out of the gray tank outlet. The gray tank hangs between two cross members and nothing to prevent it from sliding side to side about 2 inches. This was in addition to the "transition nipple" between the drain valve and the tank to short to fit inside the tank outlet more than 3/8 of an inch... Not one of GD's greatest design/engineering feats. Sounds like you may have the same problem. My post is below if it may help.
