Fireplace Remote
I have a 2020 303RLS with no Titan Flame Fireplace remote. I bought it 2 months ago and still can't seem to get one from GD. Does anyone with this fireplace have a picture of their remote? I do know for sure that a Furrion remote will not work...

The remote is specific to the fireplace - a remote from another brand will not work. Have you called Grand Design Customer Service? (574) 825-9679. Have your VIN handy when you call.

Yep I have found that and GD has one ordered even thought it's on back order so we'll see...
