I have the 22 MLE, and the hitch weight came in at 696 lbs according to the weight sheet provided by the dealer. Add the WDH and you'll be over on the vehicle's max tongue weight. Adding stuff to the front bay will bump that up even more.

When we did our CAT scale weights for the Tundra & 22mle back in early June our tongue weight was ~680. That included 2 20lb propane tanks about 2/3rds full, one group 24 battery, no fresh water in the tank (water is heavy) and an Andersen WDH which weighs a little less than 60 total. Our gross combined weight (GCW) was 11,800. Trailer total weight was ~5600.
We have learned to pack light since our previous TV was an ‘03 Sequoia. SUVs are heavier than trucks which requires some weight compromises.
You are doing the right thing by asking first and here are a couple of suggestions you might try to get more accurate information for payload. Of course you will still have the 740 max tongue limitation to consider.
1. Remove the third row seats from your Sequoia if you can and if not needed. We did that with our Sequoia and gained ~100 towards payload.
2. Weigh yourself with full clothing then take your SUV to a CAT Scale with nothing in it except yourself and fill the gas tank just before getting onto the scale. If you can’t step out while on the scale then subtract your personal weight. Your Weigh Ticket will have Steer Axle, Drive Axle and Total Axle which is your true Curb Weight. Subtract true Curb Weight from your GVWR to get your actual payload. My Tundra was ~115 more than the yellow sticker.
3. You might consider using just one propane tank if it fits your camping style. Propane lasts awhile if you’re going to full-hook up campgrounds. A 20lb tank weighs ~37 which would reduce the tongue weight.
Here is a CAT Scale locator by zip

To make weighing easier you can get the WeighMYTruck CAT Scale app. You create an account, provide cc numbers, email, etc. While weighing you get charged $10-$12 or so and receive an email with your Weigh Ticket. No need to go into the building. Several good YouTubes.
No matter which TT you decide on, here’s a nice calculator. You will need to weigh three times. Subsequent weighs are $2-$4 each.
