    Mounting a bedroom TV

Hi all. Just purchased the 313RLTS Travel Trailer and want to put a TV in the bedroom. I could find no instructions in any of our paperwork or manuals on how to mount a TV in the bedroom, or weight limits for said TV.

In other models there aparently is a metal backing plate (as I've read on other posts here), but in the 313RLTS there is not, I checked. I can tell that there is another sort of material back there though, probably wood, but I have no idea how thick it is.

    So, questions:

Does anyone know what the weight limit is for the TV and mount? From measurements, a 32" will just barely fit.

Since I don't know how thick the backing material is, what sort of screws/lag bolts do I need to use to secure the mount?

ALSO...and I preface this by saying that I have not looked in the manual yet...can the sound from the living room TV be broadcast over the trailer's sound system? I don't need to know HOW necessarily, just yes or no. I'll look it up in the manual if yes.

    Thanks!!!

You'd be looking for a coax cable plate in the ceiling. Then look for a bare place underneath the coax on the side wall large enough for a television. The plate is found with a magnet. Otherwise, you would be looking for a stud to mount the tv bracket--with an electronic stud finder.

Thanks. I know where the TV goes, I just don't know how thick the backing material is. It's not metal, I checked with a magnet. So I'm guessing it's wood.
