I have a two stage jack that goes a little higher than your standard bottle jack. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UAOJHRI
Jack goes on the same leveling blocks I already have. Have a folding "t" lug wrench. A pair of road flares. Have something to lay on the ground (sacrificial towel, your RV mat, etc) as there's inevitably mud or something. Viair compressor (they all do the job, it's mostly just a matter of your time waiting for cooldown). An LED headlamp (so your hands are free). A small packet of "shop" hand wipes.

For laying on the ground, I carry a Harbor Freight tarp and small moving blanket. Both freebies. Keeps me dry and protects from rocks if you have to slide underneath.
