The only guesses I can come up with are:
Overpressure and a leaking fixture. Shower handle stuck on and finally released on its own. Was actually overflowing while you were there from using the kitchen sink and you didn’t know it. Temperature change caused something to change shape and pushed water out because the tank was extremely full already.
None particularly good, I don’t think, but I can’t come up with anything else.John & Kathy

Unless it is miss-plumbed (always a possibility), the only way to put water in the grey tank(s) is either through the sink(s) and/or shower and/or washer drains or the through the roof vent. There is no direct connection from the fresh water supply to the grey tank. There is no grey tank washout/flush like the black tank.

Do you have a picture of your valve lineups on the Natilus panel?

Do you have a washer/dryer? Could there be a leak from the washer?
There were some reports of a few 2020 Momentums being plumbed wrong but I think those had grey water going to black tank.2020 Reflection 337RLS

I do have a pic but I do not know how to attach it to this post. However I can assure you the lineups are all in the correct position.

I appreciate your post however when I arrive back to the trailer the water was overflowing from the shower and the bathroom sink however nothing was coming out of either the showerhead or the sink faucet. Baffles the heck out of me. I don’t think there should be any fresh water pipes going into the gray tank that would cause this.My head is spinning over this

Not sure which model Momentum you have, but my Reflection 315rlts does have 3 different gray tanks, one for kitchen, one for bath and one for washer.
If you have not had this issue before, is it possible that the nautilus was maybe set to winterize instead of city hookup? Just throwing potentials out there.2019 GMC 3500 SRW Sierra Denali Duramax
