Problem with Norcold 1210T refrigerator

I am a new member to this forum as well as a new owner to a Reflection 311B HS fifth wheel. I am not new to camping but my first Grand Design. The circuit board for the refrigerator was replaced because it died so to speak. Got the camper home hooked to shore power, worked fine for two hours and then it blew out again. Can anyone share with me some knowledge about this failure. The dealer seemed to have missed something. I have a surge protector on the shore power line, no damage to any other electrical systems. I think everyone agrees that hauling the unit into the dealer is a lot of hassles.
Any advise would be appreciated.

If it were me and I didn't have trust in my dealer, I would call either GD or Norcold directly. I have only met one dealer that was worth anything and they don't even sell GD's! Although, GD does authorize work done through this dealer.

Anyhow, call GD or Norcold.
