I have a splitter underneath stairs. You can access the splitter by removing panel in your basement on the entry door side ie. right side.

In both our current Imagine TT as well as the Winnebago 25 ft TT we had previously, connecting to TV has been problematic. We were newbies in the Winnebago, and no one told us about the switch to go from antenna to park cable until we went back to the dealer.

When we upgraded to the GD Imagine, we knew about the switch now, but away from home we wondered if the antenna amplifier was working at all. We tested the antenna at our house, where we have very good over the air (OTA) signal, and it worked fine, but elsewhere we typically had zilch.

This FCC website tells you what OTA stations you should get. It's a great help. Just enter your location into this website:
    https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps
and it will give you a list of the stations, their relative strength, and the compass direction of the TV transmitter.

Thanks for the suggestion of testing the amplifier, or adding another one in series. We'll have to try that out next season. I guess we are spoiled having so many OTA TV stations where we live.

I was having issues with the Compass app and the tech support people were so helpful and we were able to get things up and running with a phone call. I would give them a try

Just searched the forum because for the first time we have a cable hookup and didn't know how to get Cable scan accomplished. Tried turning off Wineguard Antenna button and hooking up to the cable but it kept saying no connection found. Then turned on the Wineguard antenna button and did a NEW search - (previously had done an OTA antenna search.) This time it did a search for Antenna AND Cable and it WORKED! So didn't have to go searching for loose connections, etc. WHEW! For anyone wondering - our Solitude came with a TCL Roku tv in the living room and we didn't change any of the factory cabling to get it working. Went to Settings, TV Input, Live TV, Scan for channels. (Didn't have to use the Cable input)
