Wish you did/asked/checked while at the dealer picking up your new Coach
Picking up an XLS 23BHE today. Any pointers on what I should ask for, negotiate for, inspect, have them throw in.
All pointers would be appreciated.

One section of sewer hose would be a start. Also one 25' roll of drinking water hose. Don't expect much because these sometimes come out of the salesperson's commission. If he suspects you will seriously walk away without a few perks you may get a couple trinkets.

Congrats!!! I just picked mine up last week. I filmed my orientation people (asked if it would be ok) and it’s already come in handy. But I’m new to all this so I wasn’t going to rely on my memory. I would suggest doing that. And don’t be shy about asking for whatever you need/want...discount, free etc. the worst they can say is no. Go getm!!

There are other threads on the forum that include Delivery Checklists. I used the search box for Delivery Checklist and came across this one posted by @Tuscon Jim https://www.mygrandrv.com/forum/show...rms-(Multiple) Very comprehensive.
We took delivery of ours at LazyDays in Tampa so we were able to stay overnight in the delivery lot. This was great because we were able to try out EVERYTHING, especially all the appliances. We found two things that had to be resolved by a technician; there was a water leak under the kitchen sink and the massage on one of the chairs was not working - it was unplugged from the module. I don't know where you are located but if you are close to your dealer I would take it home and set it up in the driveway and spend a night or two in it. If you are a distance from the dealer I would find a campground or RV park close by and spend the night in it. That way if you find issues you can take it back and get them resolved soon.
The only thing I should have had them do was wash the rig. Didn't look like it was washed after making the trip from Indiana. My only other suggestion is to test EVERYTHING. Especially appliances. All your switches, ALL your outlets, all your lights, all windows operate and all screens are present. I did find out a couple weeks ago the dealer did not pull my fridge drain line down and put in he perforated plug. Not a big deal but a pretty standard item for a dealer PDI.

Check the slides seals. Mine were chewed up due to misalignment of the slide.
