Morryde Solid Step vs. LCI Solid Step install

Looking at a winter project and was wondering if anyone has added the Morryde Solid Step or the LCI Solid Step. Three or four step? Any input and experience would be greatly appreciated

I put the LCI on our last camper. My only advice is measure exactly as their guide instructs. Installing wasn't difficult at all. I also removed the old folders and bought a new section of J-wrap and re-skirted the side for a clean, factory look. I would recommend you opt for the model with the fold assist.

Thanks Rob. I am planning on installing the LCI storage box in place of the folding stairs.

We Have a 2020 2970RL. It came with a solid step, 3 step version. We have had a few occasions that 3 steps fully extended did not make it to the ground. I had to use leveling blocks under the feet. Also, the rise between steps is high. If it were me, I would try to make a 4 step unit work if possible.

Thanks Frank. That is extremely helpful. I think the LCI rise is 8” and the Morryde is 9”. I am leaning to the LCI 4 step.
