So after a year and a half of solid service, my Furrion fireplace died. Red light blinking beside the display, crackling sound from the circuit board, and hardly any heat coming out when on "high". I unplugged the proximity sensor from the board, but no change to the performance or sound.
Did a quick Amazon search, and found a 26" Greystone from RecPro and thought I would give it a try. It was an almost perfect fit after I removed the filler strip on each side of the opening. So far, so good but time will tell.
Looking forward to doing some cool weather camping to give a real test, if the boss will let me have a few vacation days.
