Order Lead Time - FYI for those ordering new GD's

Just an FYI. I mentioned it before but just thought folks that are considereing ordering a new GD would like a "realistic" lead time.

Ordered our new Momentum 320G on Aug 3rd.
Still no word on completion/delivery date. Closing in on the 12 week mark.
Waiting on the VIN so we can insure the rig.

We knew it would be a long lead time so we are good with it. No problems, stress or disappointment on our end. We actually figured Nov delivery time so no big deal. Just thought others might want to know about our lead time for their planning. Not sure if 5th wheels are a longer lead time than TT's or not but as mentioned in many previous posts, shortage of drivers, AC's and other parts/equiment is causing massive back logs. Understandable in the current situation.
GD did contact us last week to see if we needed financing so that might be a good sign! Dealer said they usually want all financing in place 10-14 days before the rig is ready to ship. Hopefully our Momentum is almost ready!
Again, not saying that 12 weeks is the norm as I am sure it varies but just wanted to throw it out there as a consideration for those trying to make plans.

I was quoted 7-8 weeks for delivery when I put my deposit down on a Reflection 5th wheel this past week. I'm assuming it'll be more like 8-10 weeks, but will come back and update when I have more info.

We were told 10 week lead time when we ordered but kind of thought it might be longer. Very glad we did order far enough out as we do need the rig by Dec!

Was going to ask if they quoted you a delivery time, thanks for updating. Hope you get it soon!

Update - Got a call from the dealer yesterday. Our camper is on its way. Should be here by Friday. Just about 12 weeks from time we placed the order to dealer delivery.

Ordered a Solitude 390RK with full body paint on October 1st and don't expect delivery for 4 months. I hope it's sooner.

We ordered a Reflection 320MKS from Northgate RV in Georgia on September 22 and Mike, the sales manager, said it would be 3-4 months, or so. Hopefully sooner.

Ordered our Momentum 31G on Sept. 14. Was told first of December delivery. We are not holding our breath. Doesn't really matter since we will not be camping in the winter anyway.

We ordered our 397TH in mid July, it arrived at the dealership late last week. 10 weeks to build it and 4 weeks for paint and a week to get it to the dealership.
