Order Lead Time - FYI for those ordering new GD's

Thanks. Things did not go well when we went to see it for the first time. Not sure what's going to happen now. The trailer has an issue with the front cap. Now we wait to see what Grand Design has to say before we go any farther. Super disappointing.

The front cap is deformed. At first I thought it was transport damage but after closer inspection, it's not. Not even a scuff on the paint. They obviously painted it and put it on with it like this. So much for quality control. Dealer wants GD to send a new cap and pay them to change it. I don't think I'm voting for that. I'm in the body shop business so I'll probably just take it to my shop and have my guys fix it. I'll know it's done right that way.

I ordered a Reflection 303RLS on November 25. Dealer estimates 16 weeks for delivery. I called Grand Design just to confirm that they had the order. Grand Design estimates 12 to 14 weeks to build and then another couple weeks for transportation. The dealer's estimate of 16 weeks sounds correct.

At least your dealer knew what was up. My sales guy told me 7-8 weeks initially I thought I'd have it by the end of December as a worst case.

We ordered a 395MS-R September 16th. Dealer just called and said it's coming off the line around DEC 12th. Near an exact 3 months. Then it's off to paint shop so we're thinking middle to end of January at this point. So ETA is 4 months with paint.

We ordered a 380 FL-R (Full Body Paint & Morryde Independent Suspension) from a dealer in MT on Jan. 06, 2021. They told us 6-14 weeks... nice tight window

Will see.... Also ordered a F-450 at the same time. Ford just published a build date of February 8... glad we’ll get it first.

Update.... spoke with the Factory this morning, they’ve assigned a VIN and a build date (Mar 2nd). Add 3-4 days of build, 2 weeks @ paint, 3 weeks of que time for transportation... makes delivery Mid April. Total cycle of about 14 weeks (order to delivery)
