Going on three weeks with our brand new Reflection 2021 303RLS. Only problems on our shakedown cruise have been a couple missing remotes for TV and fireplace, two switches installed upside down on the control panel and replacing the factory LCI steps when we got home with a set of Torklift A8004 steps so our Bassett Hound can get in and out more easily. We ended up going to Apollo, PA to get the unit and immediately noticed the difference in towing on the way home. Fit and finish is far superior to our old unit (another brand). We actually downsized a bit from the old unit - lost 2500 pounds GVW, 600 pounds on the pin and 3.5 feet in length. We are a lot happier and the truck (2012 F250 King Ranch 6.7 diesel short bed with AirLift 5000 air springs installed) is loving life. We are looking forward to many excursions and camping trips with the 303, learning the unit, asking a bunch of questions, hopefully answering some for others.

We live near Harrisburg in the great city of Duncannon and are buying a 2021 303 in the next couple of days.....love the smaller size to get into more state type parks. Towing with a F350 Diesel so think it will be fine. Can you control any of the function via a phone app?

Welcome and congrats on the new 303! The LCI Compass app can control the awnings, levelers, lighting, and slides. Easy to get, just scan the q code, enter the password unique to your unit, and it downloads and sets itself up. What I like is that I still have ALL the analog controls available. One word of caution, don't try to use the app leveled and the unit's Ground Control system. They don't play well together. Use one or the other.

We love our unit and are looking forward to many years with it.

BTW, we are just across the river from you in Susquehanna Twp.

I would be willing to bet that you have the Compass Connect system, which means that the switches don't have a dedicated on/off anymore.

If the ceiling lights were turned on with the switch, but off with the app, then the switch is still in the on position.
