If I turn the heat on in main cabin to 72 my garage is 68 Main Cabin 72 and bedroom with door closed in 92*. Closing the wall vent off enough to keep the heat out?

Also anyway making the garage warmer?

We closed off our bedroom vent, it was also too hot. For the garage, we hang a blanket over the entrance door (held up with command clips), set a space heater on the floor and if we really need it, we have a small area rug we will set on the floor. We also have reflectix on all our garage windows, mainly to keep the light out when the sun is coming up, but I'm sure it helps a little with warmth. We have dual pane windows as well. Our kids sleep back there, so we try to make it warm during the colder camping trips.
