I guess you are not full-time RVers, and you shut off the pilot light every time you go back home.

Anyway, I won't need the gas oven for now, because last night, the microwave/convection oven was working again (although I didn't do anything to fix it). It says in the instruction manual (I read it, yes... so difficult to go against your genes, I'm telling you!) that you can lock the oven, and I thought maybe it was locked. But if it's locked, it should indicate it on the display, and there was nothing saying that the thing was locked. I tried to lock it (or unlocking it) following the instructions in the manual, but if I would push the start button for over 3 seconds, like the manual says, it would only start the microwave function for 30 seconds (no wonder men don't read instruction manuals!!!).
We are not full timers, but we travel a lot and we don't have a Furrion stove/oven. It's a Wedgewood. The pilot light for the oven must be lit every time you use it. It doesn't stay on. I had a stove/oven in one of my apartments that was the same. At least that one was easy to light, though, as it was at the front edge of the oven. The stovetop has a striker to light the burners (no pilot light).

I agree with this Thread. I have a 2021 Reflection 303RLS, and I cannot get any directions or paper work for the fireplace. I even contacted Grand Design and they could not provide me with any paperwork. My fireplace does not appear to work properly however, I am not sure since I do not know which controls to push. I know that it turns on and I can change the colors of the flame LOL. My remote control also quit working for the stereo. This is very frustrating.

Our Microwave/Convection oven hasn't worked since we purchased our 311BHS. The DVD player won't play blue rays and the TCL TV resolution was so low we couldn't steam movies from iTunes to our Apple TV. Furion and the electronics on GD are aweful. We have a 2020 and I have already replaced the TV. Told the Tech he could keep it. It was trash.

Not on the microwave setting, not on the convection setting and not on the combi setting. It just won't start. I will probably be able to fix it, but I will order a good one and replace it as soon as the new one comes in.
Please don't shoot the messenger, but having repaired several micro's over the years, I can honestly say that when the start button doesn't start anything that 98 times out of 100 the double safety switches wired in series in the door didn't latch. "Usually", re-slamming the door allows the unit to work... Sorry, but I DO feel our pain!

Thank you for the information, Fez111, it might come in very handy later on. The oven did work as normal (which is not very good, but eh, better than nothing) the next day, and I haven't seen this problem again. It gives me some more time to choose the right replacement, but there will be a replacement soon.

The new Dimplex fireplace is working like a charm!

Have you replaced the Convection Microwave yet? Ours died for the second time and instead of throwing money away on a temporary solution we are looking at other brands. Wondering what others have replaced it with.

Yes, I replaced it with a Frigidaire (Electrolux) which doesn't work properly either. The technician came to check it yesterday, but couldn't find the problem. He suggested to replace the computer board, but said that he didn't think this would solve the problem. I said let's try it, but I will call the store tomorrow (Home Depot) to negotiate an exchange (I bought the oven online, and I put the old oven in the Frigidaire's box to sell it).

I recommend you keep the microwave and buy a good air fryer instead (Phillips?).
