    Luke warm water

My 320's water heater seems to work when you turn it on but the water only gets Luke warm. Is there a thermostat on it that can be turned up? It use to work great with lots of hot water. It seems to shut off before the water gets hot. The 5th wheel is a year old. It's a 2020.

Have you checked your outdoor sprayer faucet handles? If they are left in the open position it can cause the hot and cold water to mix making only warm water.

Do you have the same results with gas and electric operation of the water heater?

There is a cross over valve and line in front of the water heater for winterizing the unit that ties the hot and cold lines together immediately in front of the water heater, that likely is open and blending the hot and cold water. Or your shower head or your outdoor shower head has the valves open and the thumb switch closed to connect the hot and cold water lines. Or something is flat out broken.....

There is no adjustable thermostat, but that is not your problem anyways.

He double posted this, I already explained that and more to him. I'll report this post for merge/delete.

I will have to shut off the outdoor faucet and see if that helps. I have left them open. Yes I does the same in electric or gas. Thank you

If the hot and cold valves were open and your faucet head on/off valve were closed, that is your problem. You are allowing the hot side and cold side to mix. Close the actual hand valves to keep the water from blending and you should get back to pulling straight hot water.

As noted above check the bypass valves and if all is good, then try on gas. The unit should flame on and run for some time to warm the full 6 or 10 gallon tank. If it shuts off quickly, check warranty for a new control board. On electric, I can’t hear if the unit has shut self down, that’s why I suggested using propane.
    Good luck

I merged your other thread on the same topic too this one. Please only post 1 thread for each topic you start. Posting the same thing in to many spots makes it hard not only to track but can make searching for others much cleaner and easier.
