Post Actual pin weight for 2021 Reflection 367BHS...

I weighed my unloaded 2021 367 with my 2020 F-350 Lariat 6.7L long bed SRW (with original LT275/65/R20E all-terrian tires) on a CAT scale. Here is the numbers with family of 2 (300 lbs), Bakflip MX4, B&W Companion OEM hitch for Ford, 6 Andersen jack blocks, and a king pin lock. Hopefully it would be useful to future 367 owners.

    Steer Axle - 5140 lbs
    Drive Axle - 6200 lbs
    Trailer Axle - 10080 lbs
    Total Axle - 21420 lbs

Without 367, here is the numbers for my F-350 with family of 3 (370 lbs) and Bakflip MX4.

    Steer Axle - 5020 lbs
    Drive Axle - 3520 lbs
    Gross Weight - 8540 lbs

The max payload for my F-350 is 4529 lbs according to the yellow sticker on the truck. But the max load on the rear axle is 7230 lbs. So I still have 900+ lbs before maxing out rear axle.

I'm considering the following major payload. I'm a little bit concerned that I might not be able to carry all of them.

    • Washer/Dryer
    • Portable generator (maybe 2)
    • Fresh water (where is fresh water tank located and how would fresh water impact pin weight?)
    • Clothes
    • Bikes (2 audlt city bikes and 1 kid's bike)
    • Two visiting parents (300 lbs)

    Pin weight

I will have a similar set up with my new 2020 F350 Platinum CC SRW LB and a 2017 367BHS.
Doing the numbers I arrive at a Pin weight of 2800 lbs.
With a payload of 4529 lbs. (yellow sticker) minus the pin weight of 2800 lbs. leaves 1729 lbs of additional pin weight, people, stuff in the truck bed and fuel (I'm never sure if the yellow sticker includes fuel/DEF or not, probably not).
The tank in the LB contains 48 gallons or 350 lbs. of diesel. 7.4 gallons of DEF is about 45 lbs. Add another 200 lbs. for the B&W hitch, 300 lbs. for people, you shaved that extra 1729 lbs. down to 834 lbs.
When I see all the short beds pulling a 5th wheel, that has to be a really light one!

    Rig: 2017 Reflection 367BHS
Tow vehicle: 2020 F350 CC 6.7l Platinum SRW LB

The yellow sticker includes all fluids just no passengers.

Actually the payload sticker on a Ford includes a driver (150lbs) and a full tank of fuel.
