Middle Furrion burner will not stay lit

We have a 2019 337RLS Reflection. For some time now our middle burner does not work properly. When I push down on the middle burner button and ignition button, gas comes through and the burner ignites. Upon release of burner knob, the flame goes out. The two side burners operate without issue.

Any information on a solution and how to access underneath the stove top would be appreciated.
    Thank you.

How long are you holding the knob down to heat up the thermal link? My wife gets frustrated at how long she has to hold it down on the middle burner, but it eventually stays lit.

Same as other burners. It seems to be lit, so we release. But we will try it in the AM to see if we get better results. Thank you for the hint.
