    Mold lines on roof

Hi - I've got a 1 year old 31MB Reflection 5th Wheel and it has these mold lines on the roof exterior. It seems weird that the mold is just where the cross beams are. Does this indicate that I have a moisture issue inside the camper?

You'll find it isn't mold but dirt that collects in the seams. The high spots wash out with wind and rain. Murphy Oil Soap and a scrub brush will quickly clean it out.

Yes. I found it surprising too. I saw it mentioned in a post and did find it is a recommended cleaner. I also found that with the 10" handled wash brush I use to clean the trailer body it readily cleans up.

Awesome thanks! Once you get it cleaned off do you typically seal it once a year? What have you been using for that?
