The last bottom panel past the slide is rippling on both sides. My husband an air vent when he fixed it the last time but it didn’t help. Has anyone seen this before?

Not a frame piece at all. Just aluminum skirt. It does have sufficient freedom to expand and contract so it's relieving that captured stress by buckling. This happens a lot in the camper world, especially with the darker colors. The trim pieces may need to be shortened and/or panels removed and holes for screws drilled oversized to allow them to shrink and expand more freely.

You need to contact GD customer service and show them the pictures. There's a reason those divots are occurring. Been there.

My apologies. I just re-read your post where this is occurring on BOTH sides. @Phansen404 is correct, you need to schedule a repair with GD.

I wanted to follow up on this in case anyone else has this problem. We contacted the factory and was basically told they have never seen this before and we should take it to a service dealer for them to evaluate. While pondering, someone on facebook posted pictures like ours and it started an interesting chain of messages. The most important being from several people who had the same problem and it was determined to be caused by the back wall flexing. This was confirmed because they took their rigs to the factory for repair. I'm really not sure what the secret password is to get the factory to look at and fix your problems but we don't have it. I called the factory again and got the same run around. I finally gave up and asked exactly what size screws should be holding the back of our camper onto sides. I did finally get that information. My husband removed the trim took out the screws and they were replaced by the correct size screws. Since that time, we have gone on two trips and this seems to have fixed the problem.

Here is the information we received from the factory:

and here is the size screws that we removed:

we were lucky we didn't lose the back of the camper going down the road.

We replaced both sides and along the bottom. I can't remember exactly how many but removed the old and put in new.
