    Class action suit

    Has anyone heard about a class action suit against Thomas Payne, I have a 2018 Reflection, and both recliners are peeling.
    Pat and Bill with Kaycee the Shar-Pei Hound and Abby the Shar-Pei Beagle in our hearts.

    I haven't heard of any such action.

    I'm not sure what sort of award you could get. Peeling pleather isn't rare.

    I haven't heard of any lawsuits. I figured the furniture (like the bed mattress) were throw away items anyway. Ours hasn't started peeling or tearing yet but I know it's just a matter of time. When that happens, we'll get real furniture.

    Ours has not started peeling yet. But this is our second set that both heaters, at separate times about two weeks apart, have stopped working. Another two weeks in the shop to order them, and then another month or so to get them and put them in. And the foam armrests and seat foam has broken down and will not rebound up also. They are very cheaply made. I am not looking forward to owning them when the warranty expires. Personally I think whenever a product is replaced under warranty, a new warranty should start. Then they might start building things to last.
