    315 rlts quote

    I've been quoted $50k OTD for a 2021 315.
    Build sheet shows $60k.

Does anyone here what to talk me out of it?

    Thanks for any reply!

We bought a 2020 315rlts in Nov 2019. Our price was 45k at the CA RV show. 50k otd is ok in today's market.

Where are you located and what options are you looking at?

I would sell at $50k all day long...

    I'm in Oregon.
The 2021 we are looking at has bedroom air, king bed.
The current market should soften soon so I'm thinking to wait.

hunter70 your in the bizz whats your opinion for the near future?

Well, Parts suppliers are going to have to catch up with supply before much changes.

We are still way ahead of last year's numbers here in the North East, even though most of camping season is gone here.

We are all hoping that things will settle down and we can get caught up before Spring. If things don't change much (Covid situation), we may be in for another year of record sales and back logs, since people won't be traveling by air or staying in hotels.

Opt for a second AC. Its a must have. I declined the dual pane windows and spent it on the AC. Very happy with my decision

Agree with this. We have the 2nd AC, and love it.

These TT are way too big for just one. 1 AC in the summer heat will never keep a trailer of this size at a nice temp. I can’t imagine not having the 2nd one. And if I had a larger Trailer than this I would opt for a 3rd if it was an option.

Nothing going to change anytime soon. Covid is worse now than it was and many plants are half staffed.
