    Warranty repair for gray tank water leak

    Dealer told me that Grand Design authorized for them to pull the whole bottom out and repair leaking pipe . This is what they did instead !!!!!!!!Click image for larger version.

    I wouldn't accept that back, make them replace it.

    I can tell you from experience that GD would not authorize a repair to pull the entire bottom off for a leaking pipe.

    Heck, my brand new Reflection came in with a manufacturer repair in the underbelly from faulty tank sensors.

    Have them tape them up and move on.

    Not very happy!!!!
    Is your pipe still leaking? If not you’re good. Tape it up and you’re good.

    No manufacturer is going to pay for excessive labor. If you buy a new motor vehicle and it has a scratch on the paint, they will pay to fix the scratch, but not to paint the whole car.
