My money goes with Jerry. I sent him an email pertaining to low rear jacks. I sent it on a Friday, after hours. Early Sat morning I had a response in my mailbox, and by the end of the day Wed, I had a pair of jacks sitting on my porch. It doesn't get much better than that.

The odds GD shipped the wrong parts are tiny compared to the odds your dealer is using that as an excuse for their incompetence.

    Agreed.

The dealer has to order said parts for GD to ship.

GD is very good at shipping the parts that the dealer ordered.

Dealer probably ordered the wrong parts and is using GD as an excuse.

The odds of GD sending the wrong parts is greater than you might think. My theatre seats broke last year while still under warranty. I explained to dealer I did not want seating that did not match the couch. The trailer is less than one year old at this point. He looked up the part number and called GD to make sure he had the right number. GD agreed it was right and would match. The new seating arrived over six weeks later and did not match. GD then agreed to replace all the furniture so it would match. They would not have replaced everything if there was a match. They had no more 2019 furniture on hand and had to use what they were putting in the 2020 models. It was just slightly different.
