Guidance to install a new kitchen sink faucet

GD leaves no slack.
Hoses from our new faucet barely reached the connections.
Mounting the faucet with the handle on the left gave us 1” more length to barely be able to connect the hoses.

The tool I bought is available at HD. Here is the part numbers from their website. It fits nicely in the “doggie food drawer” also known as “Joe’s tool and junk drawer” on my Imagine. I should also note that not all the PEX is PEX on our campers. The hose that popped off the pex fitting was a flexible type with reinforced cording molded in. It was still crimped with the same type pex fittings as the stiffer PEX piping. I simply replaced the crimp clamp and bought a high quality water pressure regulator to replace the cheap one that failed. A year later all is still going well.

Just wanted to provide a quick update, which I should have done a few weeks ago. I got the new facet installed and all went well!!! Pretty easy, though a little tough on the back AND NO LEAKS!!
