Extreme metabolic health?
Gained our health by eating Keto and Carnivore. The adventure continues no matter what... one can loose all your Fat while even on the road and yes you do not have to work out. All the advantages are amazing. I know this goes against conventional thought and even most of the Medical community, But its all on line esp. youtube. Plenty of Doctors on line will show you the way!

And how does this apply to the COVID-19 pandemic? As a retired Army nurse, I would be in the camp who agree that "Keto" and "Carnivore" are generally dangerous and unhealthy. You're entitled to your opinion, but contributing to misinformation by directing people to YouTube for health information does not benefit anyone.

I have seen people lose weight with those diets in a short run, but IMHO, any diet that is not balanced is not healthy long term.

I like to stay on the "see food" diet....I see food and I eat it. I have reasonable portions, stay away from processed food as much as possible and do my best to put quality food in by body and exercise frequently. I do enjoy a daily beer, but usually only 1 per day and I drink a lot of water.

It's easy for me...I had plenty of 'who knows how much i drank?' days early in my Navy career, then at one point I stopped drinking, now it's just one a day. Especially since I have a family to he responsible for, I think it's all about self-control.
