There really is no way to order it that way anyways. The option is actually for disc brakes.

The ratings on the Westlake is 4080 @110 psi. The Roadmaster 17.5's are 4805 @ 125 psi.

If you are having a trailer built (ordered) and have a question on your specific unit, I would call Grand Design directly and ask.

Maybe the website is not accurate bc the wheels become mandatory only for the 8k. It appears that wheels can be selected without the 7k axles with disc brakes.

No, I said they will have 17.5 wheels and H range tires. 8k axles with disc brakes are still optional.

I am looking at a 2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R at a dealership near me. It has full body paint awning toppers etc etc. The one that is confusing to me is that it has the H Rated Cooper Tires. Does this mean it also has the 8k disc axles? Or can you have the standard 7k drum axles with them just doing the H rated tires as a stand alone option? I can’t seem to figure that out online. Thanks

when I ordered my 2021 395M I ordered the disc brakes with the H rated cooper tires It showed up with all that plus the 8k axles adding an extra #1000 CCC to the yellow tag on the side giving me 4976# CCC and a rating of 21K instead of the normal 20K, they also came with the super heavy duty morryde shackle kit making this easily the heaviest suspension ever for me on an RV, it tows great it stops great it looks massive, and bonus I always carry a an extra spare and picked up an already mounted with matching aluminum wheel for the RV (westlake tire same as factory spare)
