H Rated Tire Option

I am looking at a 2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R at a dealership near me. It has full body paint awning toppers etc etc. The one that is confusing to me is that it has the H Rated Cooper Tires. Does this mean it also has the 8k disc axles? Or can you have the standard 7k drum axles with them just doing the H rated tires as a stand alone option? I can’t seem to figure that out online. Thanks

On the build and price page of the GDRV site, when the $733 H rate tires option is checked, the site also automatically clicks the $5025 8K axles. This would seem to indicate not being able to get just the H rated Coopers.

That’s also what I was seeing online. And on the floor plan page for the 390RK it only lists two things under options. However on the spec sheet from the dealer website and the window sticker it lists all the optics but only lists “upgraded cooper h rated tires” and doesn’t list an axle upgrade.

The H rated tires with 17.5 inch wheels is now standard build on Solitude and Momentum 5th wheels.

The upgrade is still 8000lb axles and disc brakes.

Thanks, Steve. Does this mean that the GDRV website forcing the 8K axles when selecting the H tires is not correct and needs updating ?

Yes, they switched over a few weeks ago.

Yes, across all lines of Solitude and Momentum 5th wheels. Not Momentum trailers.
