With 2 batteries how long can you stay out before using a generator to charge them back up?

Our last trip we ran the heater all night into the late morning, ran our mobile router, three laptops, Xbox, and two TVs for a total of about 16-18 hours before the inverter turned off. The batteries still had enough juice to start the onboard generator. But we also have the factory 300w solar panel and it was sunny. The plan is to install two more BB batteries and at least two more solar panels.
