Great to see continued innovation and thank you for sharing LEXX. Being new to full-time RV'ing please take my comments with a grain of salt, but sharing thoughts:
Pros:
- Great storage add
- Cool entrance
- Awesome shower
- Seems like residential AC would be handy
- Tankless water heater
- Big TVs (but wife would hate 'em)
- Built in TPMS and wifi/4g
Cons:
- Extra storage, we don't want to fill any more storage
- Bathroom sink as prior mentioned
- Kitchen sink is a solo but could probably be changed
- Agree with horse-trailer look in prior comment
- Untested, I'd never buy a version one trailer (or anything else tbh)
I suspect, if this unique approach is successful, many MFR's will copy aspectsJeff & Ally

Don't get too excited about all the storage until you see some numbers for the trailer. Like GD with their 375 ( which started trailers with so much storage). Check the CCC of the trailer for how much weight the trailer can haul. Any of the trailer's that I have seen out there with that kind of storage if you were to put a lot of stuff in there you could be so far over weight it would be ridiculous. The 375 has a 2400# CCC. That is before you put anything in it.

It’s a nice unit for sure. I would love to see one in person. Love all of that storage underneath.
One possible downside was that I didn’t see many kitchen cabinets.

HELL NO to the tankless water heater!
A few weeks on a campground well water source filled with lime and iron and that will be the end of it. Tankless heaters are great for highly filtered soft municipal water sources. This is NOT what you find at most campgrounds (not unless you camp in NYC!). We had one for the first year we owned our newly custom built home. An expensive mistake. Said heater was supposedly designed to deal with hard water and lime. It didn't. We ripped ours out and replaced with a propane gas tank style high efficient heater in 2012.

I agree. This is a deal breaker for me. The floor is a good 5 - 6 feet up, and from the video, I saw 7 steps to get in. I personally would rather deal with three to bed and bath than 7 to get in and out. I go in and out way more often then bed and bath. May work for others. I also agree that without some way to flatten the floor when inside it does pose a danger risk. I will also bet that all that beautiful storage may not be usable, you will gvw out far before you fill thatspace up. Great for large bulky things though, that is a definite plus.
