Does lifting the beer cooler in and out of the truck count? [emoji2957]

Lol,
All kidding aside (but I do move that beer cooler around often) we always hike and bike, sometimes golf, lots of walking, some swimming. Looking at racks to bring along our kayaks next year. We're always seem to be moving until about 7-8 pm

I was just scanning through some old threads and ran across this one. As a person who has been relatively active most of my life AND also earned an MS in health & wellness, I can offer up a bit of advice that is very easy to follow that does not take a lot of time or equipment. Since staying fit on the road is not likely to have many if any trying to attain levels of high competitiveness unless that competition is the purpose of your travels.
That said, the simplest thing you can do for cardio is brisk walking for 40 to 60 minutes a day. Next would be strength training. That is also easily accomplished with body-weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups and dips and crunches. Adding one very simple piece of equipment will expand the strength training to include work on the upper arms with curls, overhead presses and tri-cep extensions. That would be a sports cord that can be purchased at most sporting good stores for $30 to $60 depending on how fancy you want. The good ones will be high grade surgical tubing with with larger plastic handles attached by means of nylon strapping and metal grommets. I personally use one for full body work-outs that can be researched online or possibly included in the instruction sheets at purchase.those who say "I can't", will always be right

I’ve been a gym rat my entire life. Once we bought the RV we joined Anytime Fitness.
Its reasonably priced and there are 1000’s of gyms in US, which are free with ur membership. They are open 24/7 and you enter with a key Fob after staffed hours We’ve never had a problem finding one along the way, often right off major interstates
Since they are usually in a large shopping center, we can shower there and just spend the night in the lot. Never had any issues
