Cannot Unlock Deadbolt
We cannot get the deadbolt to unlock on our 337 Reflection. The key doesn't seem to go in all the way, and will not turn. No vandalism is evident. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Did you get in ? Also are you in cold weather ? We got locked out of our 303 a few years back in the winter and once the temps warmed above freezing it worked like nothing was wrong so if it is cold try warming the lock..hopefully you don't need to try this.
If you are still locked out you may have to dismantle it somehow from the exterior. Either way you will want to replace at the minimum the tumbler and be sure to get a different key number just becauseMarcy & Gary

Aside from a freezing lock have you tried using the key both ways? The key is cut symmetrical on both sides yet for some reason I found it would only work one way in my door lock's dead bolt and after a bit sometimes difficult to get into the key slot. I couldn't find anything externally obvious so rather than take a chance I replaced the lock completely. I found this lock works and fits better than the OEM. I got a keyless entry lock but this one uses the same locking mechanism without the fluff.

Many times just lubing a lock generously help. Something better then WD40 if possible. Triflow is good. With graphite; better. Have rag ready to clean up what doesn't go inside the lock. KEN

You need to use a dry lube or Graphite powder. Regular WD40 is not a good idea for locks.

Wife locked herself out last year, could not get the deadbolt to retract. Out of frustration, I pushed inward on the latch and the deadbolt retracted effortlessly. Make sure the door is fully closed to take pressure off the deadbolt.
Could be you might have to pull on the latch, I think it is the deadbolt not aligning in the frame slot correctly.Judy & Larry
