    Pin plate slanted down 6..

Since new my mounting plate on my pin box has about a 6 slant on it. Makes for a bit of a challenge to hitch up. I googled Trail Air and read about installation. Says it should be installed level. I've tried loosening the two bolts and still couldn't get it to budge. I mentioned it to the dealer when we took delivery (2 years ago) he said it wasn't adjustable. Any way, how's everyone else's?? Level or slanted down??

Well, I took the plate completely off. The hard rubber cushion did not sit flat on the top of the plate. It rested up on the corners where the plate was welded together. I trimmed the rubber corners and got about 1 back, not near enough. I started checking the level ness of the entire pin box. It was level were it's mounted to the trailer and off by 5 or 6 where the plate mounts. My conclusion is the pin box was not leveled/squared when made.
