Goodyear Endurance and Sailun S637T pricing
Hi all,
I'm interested in feedback on tire pricing for 4 tires to replace my Westlake ST23580R16's. In my area it looks like the best I can do on Goodyear Endurance is $760 installed, and that is if I'm only willing to travel a ways. My local shop has them at $823 installed. I can get Sailun S637T not too far away for $652 installed. Any thoughts on this pricing? I looked around a bit online and it looks like the Sailun are a pretty good deal. Are the Goodyear worth paying more?
EDITED MY POST - adding a question. A poster on another site suggested that tires with an E load rating absorb more shock and that the G load rating of the Sailun would be unnecessarily hard on the camper. Any thoughts on this?Last edited by Timmer; 01-04-2021 at 05:40 AM.

What trailer do you have? Sorry if it’s listed I can’t see it.
I like the sailun option cause they offer a G rated tire for the same size and less money, better tread depth and longevity from everything I’ve read.
I’ll be making the switch soon as well and I’ll be going with the sailun. However I have had good year tires and they were solid tires too.

My vote goes to Sailun. Not sure what size you need but maybe consider the ST235-85R16G over the ST235-80R16G if that's your size. You'll get a bit more weight carrying capacity and about another 1/2 higher clearance under the trailer.

Both should work fine. For a TT though, the E-rated Goodyear Endurance tires should be more than sufficient. If you ran the Sailuns, you would need to run them at a lower than max pressure (110 PSI) as I believe your rims are not rated to 110 PSI on that trailer - only 5200# axles as well so having 8000# of tire is way overkill.

Just replaced all tire including spare with Goodyear Endurance tires on my 2250RK Imagine(205-75-15); I would rather pay more for made U.S.A. tires that have 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction rating. Had Westlake China Bomb blow on busy Interstate 85 - love those GA Highway Hero Units. He diverted traffic to other lane and help me change tire. Have to replace plastic fender skirt; I feel very lucky that was all the damage. As soon as TireTraker alarm went off pulled over to side.

Just to help with pricing. I just paid $750 for 4 Sailun S367's; size 235/85R16.
I still have to get them installed. Not claiming that I got the best deal, just sharing as a data point.2017 Ford F350 Platinum 6.7L PowerStroke DRW

G Rated Sailuns for sure. I run G Rated Goodyear G614s which are more expensive. I needed them quickly for a trip or I would have purchased the Sailuns if I had time.
I run my G-Rated tires at 100 psi on my Reflection 337RLS. 3 years now and not any issues.Jerry & Linda
