Fireplace Heat Won't Stay On
I've searched the old threads and don't find this particular issue, wondering if someone here can help. The instruction manual for the Titan Flame WFSGPLED Series fireplace in our 2021 Reflection 311 is not detailed or helpful. We've been using the unit for months, and all of a sudden the heat won't stay on. It kicks on, let's us adjust any/all settings but then the fan/heat turns off. Flame/light stays on. Appreciate any insight!

Update: we took it apart and cleaned it (dusted it, vacuumed it out) and still same issue.
Guessing I’ll have to call for a replacement, which is a major bummer as we’re in winter weather right now.

Have read of similar issues on this forum. Could be a sensor at top front of heater. The sensor could be behind the bracket that goes around the fireplace holding it in. In that case the sensor heats up right away causing the fireplace to shut off. The bracket ring should just pull up coming off easily. Then try running it. It may have been different models than yours but might be worth a check. Could also be you need a new board.
