I found the location of the inverter, it’s up front in the generator bay on the “roof” of that area. The wiring appears to be correct and I do see the remote RJ11 wire plugged in as well. It’s the WFCO WF-5110R model.

I didn’t do any electrical tests yet but just did a visual inspection. But since the remote on/off does nothing I’m wondering if the inverter is bad or something different. But could make sense since my fridge doesn’t run off battery power.
There is a button on the inverter to turn in on manually. Push the button and see if the screen lights up.

Also; take a volt meter down there and see if there is 12V power going into the inverter. KEN

Hey everyone, it's been busy times lately!

I looked into my inverter some more today, yet again, and I believe everything is Now working somewhat OK, with one possible exception.

So reading through the manual, and maybe someone here stated it as well, in order for the remote On/Off to function, the On/Off button on the inverter itself has to be turned OFF. Ok, that makes sense, I can work with that.

When I checked mine, I noticed my Inverter was in the ON position. What is odd is that apparently made the inverter not work at all when the remote switch was plugged in...
I turned my inverter OFF, this instantly made my remote on/off button work. Previously my remote switch ON LED remained on at all times even though the fridge never worked off the inverter.

I then turned my Remote Switch to be OFF, cut shore power, turned the remote switch back ON, and my fridge was still ON! woohoo!

Ok, so now for the exception... On the inverter when it's running off the battery and supposed to be supply 115VAC out, I had a fairly constant 97/98VAC out according to the inverter display. It started around 112 then slowly dropped about 1 volt per second then stayed steady between 97 and 98. Has anyone here noticed this on theirs?

One other thing, which I haven't dug into too much yet, but anyone know the best way to also have one other outlet at least temporarily run off the inverter as well? I want my cellular modem to be powered on at all times along with the fridge. Everything else can stay off.
