Install Aluminum Flashing above tires

Have 2018 GD Imagine 2250RK and shortly after I bought it, I took aluminum roof flashing I got from Home Depot and put it above tires. Used 1/2 inch SS screws. Had China bomb blow and the aluminum flashing prevented tire from tearing black fabric material above tires. You can see witness marks from tire on aluminum flashing. Easier to install if you remove tires but can be done with tires in place.

Previous camper from Forest River had aluminum wheel wells above tires; wish GD would do this also.

Installed 5 USA made Goodyear Endurance Tires(spare also). Get rid of those China bombs is my advice.
