2021 Solitude 380 FL-R Heat/Furnace and Thermostat functionality

I've got 3 units on my RV - the middle one being the heat pump and AC unit. Other 2 are just AC. On my thermostat for heat, the only heat mode I have is 'heat'. Not 'heat elec' or 'heat gas'. On my friends 378MB, the have 'heat elec' and 'heat gas'.

Pretty sure that my heat is only propane/furnace and there no electric heat because when I turn off propane in 'heat' mode, fan blows for a bit but then stops.

It works great but I wanted to be sure that I don't have electric and propane heat and may be missing something. When stopping thru NC today, I asked a service rep at an RV store and she told me I was correct.

Are you sure you ordered the heat pump option?

Just because you ordered 3rd a/c doesn't get you the heat pump.

Appreciate the response and no I am not sure - so many manuals and so much information with this rig. Being in construction, I like to make sure I understand everything and read all of my manuals.

So now I am pretty certain that I dont have the heat pump and the thermostat is an Airexcel 9430 which would be correct for furnace only

Waiting on the actual 'build sheet' so I can be certain and go from there

You should have a full MSRP build sheet in your packet. They send one along with every unit.

Indeed I did have that and got another copy today - I expected it to be more specific so I disregarded that as the build sheet. You are correct, 3rd A/C 15K BTU was added but its not a heat pump. So I got my answer. Thanks for the responses - I appreciate it
