Hello Brain trust! I'm new here. Picking up a 2670MK soon. Tow vehicle is a 2017 Ram 2500. It is not equipped with extended mirrors. Looking for an inexpensive, but reliable set of mirrors that will do the job. All thoughts and suggestions welcome.

Are you sure your mirrors aren't towing mirrors.
They don't extend like Ford mirrors.
They turn upward.

I purchased Trail Ridge https://www.trailridgetruck.com/ tow mirrors for my 1996 K3500 when we purchased our new trailer. They are a direct fit with wire harness. My quick search of 1A Auto shows Trail Ridge makes mirrors for your truck with the connector for all the power. I can tell you these are high quality mirrors, the only box they don't check is 'inexpensive'. They are a bit pricey but they are a good quality permanent solution. There are other resellers, I purchased mine from PartsGeek.com.

All RAM mirrors turn in the 2500 series. They flip from horizontal to vertical. My neighbor did not know his 16 mirrors moved, I had to show him.

I use a pair of clip on towing mirrors on my 1027 Ram 1500 when I tow the travel trailer. They work well and were something like $60.
An option if your mirrors do NOT extend or flip.

Just looked up my order they are called "Longview" mirrors and were $67 for the pair from "auto anything.com"

Thanks to all for the replies and suggestions. I did check my truck again and reread the manual for the tilt up tow mirror option. My mirrors are chrome. The do fold in with a push button. There is no option for fold up to enhance tow vision. I settled for CIPA slip on mirrors from etrailer.com. $58 for the pair. If they are sub par, I'll look at replacing the cool looking but non functional chrome.

I will second the Trail Ridge tow mirrors from 1A Auto. I tried the clip-on style and just couldn't do it, still had a hard time seeing everything. They are definitely not cheap at least for my truck, i think $630, but my truck seems to have every damn option you could get with a mirror so that's another reason they were at the higher end. The other thing is they have a lifetime warranty with them.
