I cannot find a padlock to secure the hitch itself to the truck.....ford puck system... the shank is either to large...or not wide enough.... will this fit that application as well? one on the head should be enough...use the other I ordered there.....

I used these locks..............They fit the holes when the puck arms are locked in. Enough to prevent a quick, easy snatch.

Thank you for the tip!! I have had the problem of finding a lock to fit as well. I've bought a couple of different ones to try and no joy. They give you the stink eye when you return them as well. I will look for these.

With the weight of this hitch, quick and easy snatch is a little misnomer, however, I understand your point. Thanks! I'll be buying these!

BTW: How long are the shackles? I see there are 2" and 2.5".

One other quick question, are you guys also utilizing a tonneau cover when you are disconnected? I bought a Lund soft trifold that works very nice so the hitch is out of site, out of mind to scumbags.
