I have a huge cast iron skillet that needs seasoning. The Blackstone is outdoors so I am going to try seasoning the skillet on it. Wish me luck.

I will season the pan the same way I season(ed) the griddle, heat and grapeseed oil. To clean, I generally do the same thing since the pan and griddle get hot enough to be sterile. I do scrape both. This time we had stuff stuck on the pan so I had to really wash it out so now I have to season it. I tried to reseason it but it looks like there is no such word.

These work really well on cast iron skillets. Wet scrubber and cast iron with water. Scrub off grime. Rinse cast iron with water and towel dry. Clean scrubber with a little Dawn and rinse. Found on Amazon.
