Two sets of Hot and Cold water lines on underside

I am a new owner of a 2019 Reflection 297RSTS. There are two sets of hot and cold water lines (red and blue) on the underbelly. Are these supply lines for exterior applications? Should these lines be capped off when not in use? They are currently open. One set is very near the fresh water tank drain. Getting ready for our first trip with this unit. Thanks for any input.

I believe those are the low point drains for the hot and cold water.

Yep, low point drains. But it looks like you're missing the plugs for them.
