We love it. Easily can watch back to back movies on the 40 in tv, charge cellphones, cameras and laptops. Charges nicely never timed it though.

Check out any of the ecoflow units they have a very fast recharge time (1.6 hours) most other are about 8 hours. I am looking at getting the ecoflow River Pro.

I can't help you with the math but I can give you my experience.
I have the stock 1000w inverter supplied by GD with the residential fridge option. I believe it is about 80% efficient. I have added an outlet for a cpap, one for an outside TV and one for the TV in the bedroom directly off the inverter. (note only 1 of these items has ever run at the same time as the fridge, I'm sure I'm close to the limit of the inverter). I have 2 100AH lithium's. The fridge is on all the time and some various 12v lights in the evening. I can run the outside TV for several hours in the evening, the cpap all night and the bedroom tv again in the morning for and hour or two and still have around 50% left in the battery bank. (so I used about 100 AH total)
I think lithium is the key, I'll never go back. No worries on discharge limits, they charge back up extremely fast, etc.2021 Solitude 375 RES-R
