    Cool Replacement Ceiling Lights

I had something very strange happen on my trip South 2 weeks ago. The cover on one of my ceiling lights popped off the fixture and disappeared like magic. We have not been able to find it in a 34ft trailer. I have not been able to get anyone from GD to return my call for 2 days. I was looking online for replacements but 1: I do not want to cut the wholes any bigger and 2: I like the mousetrap style install versus using screws. I also want ones that are dimmable. Where has anyone else bought their replacement lights from. Any ideas would be appreciated.

These are the replacement ceiling lights in our Solitude. Not sure what you have in your Reflection.

According to the comments section on the Amazon website, they are dimmable.

You may want to look under the slides.

I purchased a couple of lights to install in my bathroom from Amazon. Exact same ones that are already in there. Same brand and mouse trap style. You should be able to find them on Amazon. Just be sure you get the same color - warm, cool, bright, etc.

    Here's a link to a multi-pack. I purchased a 2-pack.

Thanks bertschb and OurNewEra for the quick response but I would have to enlarge the whole in the ceiling. I don't won't to do that since I'm in my spot for the winter and don't have the proper tools. I also found lights from Dream Lighting on Amazon which is the brand in the ceiling now. They don't indicate being dimmable so I'm waiting on an answer for that. They are a little different so I will have to replace all six so they look alike.

What size is the hole in your ceiling? Mine are 4.5" but you can also get 3" versions of this light.

Your lights are different than mine then. Mine are 4.5" lights with a 3.5" hole.

Yeah! The RV makers can't stick with anything for more than a year. Always changing to something different. Just had my seating replaced under warranty and they had to replace the couch and theatre seating so they would match.

I've got a really dumb question, for someone who is usually pretty good at figuring things out... How do you remove the cover or light??? I can't easily get a screwdriver under the edge, and my fingers aren't string enough pinch the cover and pull... What am I missing? I know I'm gonna kick myself when y'all tell me!

You just grab and pull hard on one side. You should see part of the spring clip (mouse trap mechanism). The edge of the spring clip frequently gets kind of hung up but just keep pulling. You will eventually see the hinge. You have to use a finger to push that towards the center of the light so you can pull that one side completely out of the ceiling.
